Support is available for emergencies after-hours through our 24x7 On Call Service. AnswerX SUPDEV has a rotating on-call schedule, so a staff member is available to assist you with your urgent situation outside of our normal operating hours.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight Eastern Standard Time. We are also closed all major holidays.

Examples of emergency situations:

To reach us after hours, please dial our standard support number at 407.478-9000 (or 800.441-4350). When you receive our announcement that we are closed, press 0.

The system will prompt you to provide your name, and your company name.

The system will then attempt to reach the on-call, on-duty staff member available at that time. If no one is available, or they are assisting another caller, you will be asked to leave a voicemail message. The message will be paged to the on-duty staff member to return your call.

Please leave the following on the voicemail message:

• Your name and your company name;
• Your contact information, including email, phone number and AIM contact;
• A brief description of your problem.

An on-duty staff member, based on the number of open requests at the time, may take up to 15-20 minutes to respond to your request. If your request has not been responded to within that time frame, it will be escalated to an on-duty manager or director.
