The following are
headset choices compatible with our Softphone technology.
Once you purchase your headset, you will be issued a headset/station ID number
for use with your new headset that will be used in connecting to the VCC platform.
Plantronics headsets are the most commonly
used telephone headset available on the market today.
They also come with an excellent
warranty and test rating.

A headset should be closen for comfort, quality and convenience.
Only Platronics headsets, with the new DSP technology are compatible
with Softphone. Although other USB headsets will work, they will
slow the speed of your computer, since the DSP headsets use a
built-in processor to take the burden away from your PC.
