Welcome to the Support and Development Team Portal.

In order to use the portal, you must be a registered customer, team member or associated vendor. With our portal, you can:

  • Submit a new case or request;
  • Check the status of an entered case/request;
  • Search our self-help knowledgebase; and
  • Chat live with a Support and Development team member.

Please provide us with the following information to help us setup your portal login account. Once you provide your information, please select Submit Request and your registration will continue with a team member. Once your information is verified, and your account is activated, you will receive your login and password information via email.

Due to security concerns, all new registrations are handled with a team member during our normal operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
